Eileen Mullin is a Director at Muni Capital Management, LLC, located in Manhattan. From 1985 to 1987, she worked in the Debt Issuance Unit of the New York State Medical Care Facilities Finance Agency, which was the largest health care issuer in the country. She also worked as an independent consultant from 1995 to 2005, providing credit analyses for individuals and companies. Ms. Mullin received her undergraduate degree in Latin American Studies from Smith College and a Masterâ€™s in Business Administration from Boston University.
