Ciudad Divina Providencia,
outside Tegucigalpa, Honduras
HHH is currently working on a water treatment project in Divina Providencia,
Honduras which will bring purified water to over 4,000 residents.
One of the unique and exciting aspects of this project will be an educational
component addressing personal health, hygiene and nutrition. HHH completed its second dental mission
to Divina Providencia in early November, and programming will continue to aid the development of this
vibrant community that has emerged out of the destruction of Hurricane Mitch.
HHH is in discussions with Diaspora Community Services of New York regarding
the possibility of HHH offering their Promotores de la Salud training program
at the Centro Medico Social de Port au Prince, Haiti. HHH has also been
asked to send a dental brigade to Port au Prince.
The Pierre Fauchard Academy Foundation has awarded HHH a grant to return to the island of St. Vincent
in the Caribbean to provide dental services to the poor. The trip is expected to take place early in
2012.

On October 27, 2011 HHH held its annual Humanitarian Award Cocktail Reception
and Charity Auction. This year's honorees were His Eminence Sean Cardinal
O'Malley of Boston, recipient of the 2011 HHH John Cardinal O'Connor Global Health
Award and Dr. Jeffrey Freed of The Mount Sinai Medical School and Hospital,
recipient of the 2011 HHH Humanitarian Award. HHH would like to send its warm thanks to all of
those who took the time to come out and support the organization this year. Their generosity means a great
deal to us and even more to those we serve.
